This is my HolidaySet editor for Lync 2013/2010 RGS. It is created in Powershell. This is version 1.1 and is working “Perfectly” in my environment. Code needs som tidying up and commenting. Please do not copy, but link to it since I will update it with more info and features.

Came upon this since Ronco/Waveformation tool no longer seems available, especially the ‘workflows using this set’ is very nice addition.
1 suggestion for update: when ‘browsing’ through Set or Days lists with arrow keys, the values do not get updated/reloaded, only when clicking items.
The layout for New Day/Update Day was a bit confusing at first, but hey, it works 🙂 No suggestion how this could be improved
